Business research: Simplify and streamline the service contracts process, improve search functionality, and minimize time to collect, track, and monitor data.
Design review: I’ve reviewed the current website to evaluate what works and what doesn’t – assumptions from my professional point of view.
User research: I wanted to understand the user’s profile based on as much data and direct contact with the agents as I was able to get.
