Users complained that the site was "outdated" and difficult to navigate. Finding things was not easy. Content was not organized in a logical way, and much of the site had accessibility issues.
I wanted to understand the users’ pain points, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
We measured performance by tracking task time and completion rates.
