Design review - I reviewed the current system to evaluation what works and what doesn't turning them into product goals and objectives.
User research - I wanted to understand the sales agents' pain points based on their current working environment.
User flow - I sought to understand how many steps it takes for agents to complete an order for a customer and if it could be improved.
User journey - I wanted the client to visualize a future journey that agents might take when processing a customer order.
Usability testing - I wanted to validate my assumptions from my research and from business stakeholders.
More usability testing - after refining my sketches, I continued to validate design assumptions to ensure we were meeting user and business needs.
Business sign-off - To get approval from the business of our design changes for the development team to start implementing the changes.
