A bit about me
I’m Jennifer, a UX and product designer with 10 years of experience untangling complex business problems across healthcare, enterprise, and government environments.
I’m especially interested in the gap between how technology is designed to work and how people actually think and work. My approach starts with understanding the people behind the process, then using research, usability, accessibility, information architecture, and collaborative problem-solving to find a better way forward.
I believe technology should do more of the adapting—not the people using it.
