A bit about me...
I’m a UX and digital design leader passionate about improving the way people experience technology.
My career began in healthcare technology, where I worked closely with physicians adapting to rapidly evolving digital systems. Watching highly skilled professionals struggle with poorly designed tools sparked a deeper interest in workflow optimization, human-centered design, and the role technology should play in supporting — not disrupting — the people who rely on it every day.
That experience ultimately led me to pursue graduate studies in health informatics, where I discovered UX design and found the discipline that connected my passion for technology, problem-solving, collaboration, and improving people’s lives through thoughtful design.
Since then, I’ve worked across healthcare, enterprise, and government environments designing complex systems, modernizing workflows, mentoring designers, and helping organizations build stronger design cultures. I’m especially energized by large-scale operational challenges where thoughtful design can improve both user experiences and business outcomes.
